GALVANIZED SHEET SHEET
After hot rolling and pickling surface cleaning processes, full hard material with suitable surface quality and thickness (0.25-2.00 mm) for the galvanizing line is produced by the cold rolling process in the reversible cold rolling (CRM).
Galvanization with Hot Dip Method (HDGL), continuous annealing in the galvanizing line and then zinc coating with zinc pot dipping method is performed. Chemical passivation and protective oil can be applied to the surface of the zinc-coated material as a preventative against corrosion. It is possible to produce in the range of 0.25-3.00 mm thickness and 800-1530 mm width in the hot-dip galvanizing line.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT GALVANIZED PRODUCTS
Galvanized is 100-275 gr/m2 zinc coated sheet in accordance with EN 10143:2006 standard, galvanized in continuous lines with the hot-dip method. Galvanized coating increases the corrosion resistance of the sheet. It is resistant to impacts and wear caused by the hardness of galvanized sheet.
