5 ribs pvc roof panel-pur insulated
Our panels have 5 ribs in terms of form, and they have painted galvanized sheet metal on the bottom, PVC membrane on the upper surface and roof panels with polyurethane insulation. Unlike other roof panels, the roof panel, which can be produced in 1000 mm width, contains a PVC membrane that is bonded with warm air.
PRODUCT DETAIL
The PVC membrane roof panel consists of 5 ribs trapezoidal sheet at the bottom and the top layer is PVC membrane, the middle is usually insulated with polyurethane. They are used for especially low slope roof systems. PVC membrane roof panels used in low-slope roof systems save on rain gutter and accessory systems.
Polyurethane insulated PVC membrane roof panels are one of the roofing products used especially in low slope space roof systems. PVC membrane roof panels play an effective protection role in water insulation thanks to the PVC membrane it contains in the upper surface structure.
Thanks to the elastic PVC membrane, the desired forms are given and the details of the areas such as chimney edges, edge and corner details are solved in an effortless way. Single-layer PVC membrane is adhered on the PVC-membrane sandwich panel with the help of warm air to be used in these details and water insulation is provided.
The story of the formation of PVC membrane roof panels in the factory environment begins with the 5-ribs dyed galvanized sheet rolfoms??? forming the lower part. In the further parts of the line, liquid polyurethane is injected onto the shaped bottom sheet and it enters the oven together by coming together on the PVC membrane that forms the upper layer. PVC membrane sandwich panel systems are cut to special dimensions at the end of the oven as a result of the liquid polyurethane swelling in the furnace and taking its final form.
The most beneficial feature of using PVC membrane and polyurethane-insulated roof sandwich panel systems is that rain gutters used in roof systems are not needed. Rainwater drainage systems are made by siphonic drainage systems in roof systems that are closed with polyurethane insulated PVC membrane roof panels. Metal systems such as rain gutters do not need to be used on the roof, thus saving is achieved.
Roof cleaning is easy in PVC membrane roof sandwich panel systems since roof systems with a smooth and flat floor occur. In this way, it is easier to clean pollutant elements such as mud accumulated on the roof surface and objects carried by birds than other roof systems.
PVC membrane and polyurethane insulated roof sandwich panel systems are adhered to each other thanks to electronic robots that produce warm air. By gluing the ear on the panel at the joints of the panel to the other panel, the panel parts coming head to head are also bonded with the help of warm air using PVC membrane strips.
In PVC tarpaulin roof sandwich panel systems, smoke chimneys and similar roof exit covers can be made with a single layer of PVC membrane. PVC membrane and polyurethane insulated roof sandwich panel systems increase the weight bearing capacity per square meter thanks to the increase in the thickness of the polyurethane insulation in the middle. This situation occurs when the thickness of the polyurethane increases to meet the desired load carrying capacity in the wide span gaps frequently encountered in space roof systems.
The increase in the thickness of the polyurethane insulation is directly proportional to the increase in the bearing capacity of the panel. Two types of production can be made as B1 and B2 fire class according to the desired side fire properties of the polyurethane insulated chemical feature of the PVC membrane and polyurethane insulated roof sandwich panel systems.
