In the photocell glass door application, automatic sliding doors with glass brackets can be made by using the lowest possible profile or by connecting the glass panels to the mechanism with clamps without using any profile.

In the first, glass panels are carried only from the upper part with a special profile. In photocell glass doors, it is entirely up to you whether to use a plinth profile under the wing, while vertical profiles are not used in this application.

A second method, inox hanging apparatus is based on the principle of hanging the wing with stainless steel holders screwed into the holes drilled on the glass panel. Although the cost of the inox manets used causes a slight increase in terms of the price of transparent photocell doors, the method compensates for the increase in photocell glass door prices with the extra transparency it provides. In this application, no other profile is used since it is usually desired to obtain the maximum glass image. However, if desired, it is possible to apply silicone gaskets and lower base profiles at the joints.

The wing glasses, which are made of 10 mm tempered safety glass, are grinded to eliminate the cut, rounded and smoothed, and then suspended from the top with a special profile. It is possible to manufacture single or double wing applications with or without fixed. Single wing frameless automatic sliding door systems have a minimum opening distance of 700mm and a maximum opening distance of 2000mm. In double wing frameless application, the minimum passage width can be 800mm – the maximum passage width can be 3000mm.

Panels made of 10mm tempered transparent or colored glass, in the same way as the profile hanger application, are completed by creating holes where the inox hanger brackets can be screwed, as well as the running-in process. You can choose natural anodized aluminum or a stainless-steel coating over aluminum to ensure the integrity of the mechanism cover with the inox hangers. In double wing inox hanger application, the minimum passage width can be 800mm and the maximum passage width can be 3000mm.
